All services are subject to site surveys, technical assessments, and availability. We reserve the right to decline any project that we determine is not suitable for our services or poses safety concerns.

3. Quotes and Estimates

  • • All quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated
  • • Quotes are based on information provided by you and may be subject to change following site surveys
  • • Estimates are indicative only and final costs may vary based on actual requirements
  • • We reserve the right to revise quotes if there are changes to specifications, site conditions, or material costs
  • • All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated
  • • A written acceptance of our quote is required to form a binding contract

4. Orders and Contracts

  • • A contract is formed when you accept our quote in writing (email, signed document, or online acceptance)
  • • You must provide accurate and complete information about your requirements
  • • You are responsible for ensuring you have necessary planning permissions, building regulations approval, and consents
  • • We will provide a written confirmation of your order including specifications, price, and estimated completion date
  • • Any changes to the order must be agreed in writing and may result in additional charges
  • • We reserve the right to cancel any order before work commences if circumstances change

5. Payment Terms

  • • Payment terms will be specified in your quote or contract
  • • A deposit may be required before work commences, typically 30-50% of the total contract value
  • • Progress payments may be required for larger projects at agreed milestones
  • • Final payment is due upon completion and your acceptance of the work
  • • Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed
  • • We accept payment by bank transfer, cheque, or card (subject to processing fees)
  • • Late payment may result in interest charges and suspension of work
  • • Ownership of products remains with us until full payment is received

6. Installation and Delivery

  • • We will provide estimated delivery and installation dates, but these are not guaranteed
  • • You must ensure safe and clear access to the installation site
  • • You are responsible for any necessary site preparation, including structural work, electrical, or plumbing
  • • We will take reasonable care of your property but are not responsible for damage to existing structures unless caused by our negligence
  • • You must be present or have an authorized representative present during installation
  • • Delays caused by factors beyond our control (weather, site access, third parties) may extend completion dates
  • • Risk passes to you upon delivery or installation completion

7. Warranties and Guarantees

  • • We provide a warranty on workmanship for 12 months from completion date
  • • Product warranties are provided by manufacturers and vary by product type
  • • Warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
  • • Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear
  • • Any warranty claims must be reported to us promptly in writing
  • • We will repair or replace defective work/products at our discretion
  • • This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer

8. Cancellation and Returns

  • • You may cancel your order within 14 days of acceptance if work has not commenced
  • • If work has commenced, cancellation charges will apply based on work completed and materials ordered
  • • Custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective
  • • We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received as agreed
  • • If we cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, we will refund any deposits paid
  • • Returns of standard products are subject to our approval and may incur restocking fees

9. Liability

  • • We carry public liability insurance as required by law
  • • Our liability is limited to the contract value unless otherwise required by law
  • • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
  • • We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
  • • You are responsible for ensuring compliance with building regulations and planning permissions
  • • We are not liable for any damage to existing structures unless caused by our negligence
  • • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, specifications, and other intellectual property created by us remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without permission.
